The job was not easily understandable to DIT; nevertheless, we clarified it on a video conference, and it appears they accomplished the task as requested. The true test is when our store is back up and running, if their programming actually works with real customer orders, as opposed to “dummy” test orders.DIT was diligent in working out the challenges of the project, and ultimately succeeded.

Excellent Support.We had a need to add a headline to the header. They quoted a reasonable fee to add this for us. It was done on time and on budget. We also had some custom code for product tabs we added that wasn’t working. I opened and ticket and the responded, in less than an hour, with a simple solution.

A outstanding company that got me up and running in no time! I purchased this company’s Vogue website theme for my storefront. For reasons unknown, the theme didn’t install correctly, and Bigcommerce couldn’t fix the problem. They recommended that I reach out to the theme creators for help, which I did. As soon as I contacted Ditinteractive, they promptly got on the problem and in less than 24 hours, they fixed the problem and I was back up and running! They said in contact via Whatsapp, Text, Email, and phone, explaining to me step by step what they were doing and what they fixed. I can’t recommend that company enough! Bigcommerce has finally hit the jackpot with their first truly fantastic theme in years: Theme Valiant. This gem stands out as the best theme yet, featuring a brilliant left-hand side menu with a dropdown for large catalogs. The design breaks the mold of typical Bigcommerce themes, offering a fresh, creative layout. In my humble (but correct) opinion, it’s the best-designed theme ever on the Bigcommerce platform. Looking at other Bigcommerce developers, it often feels like a game of “Copy the Cornerstone Theme” – where creativity goes to die. They tweak it slightly and then try to cash in big time. What Bigcommerce really needs are more creative developers like the team at DIT Interactive. These guys are the real deal, crafting themes that are truly great and inspiring. As a South African end user, I haven’t seen much change since Bigcommerce was bought out. Back in the Aussie days, they at least had a decent payment gateway for South Africa. Now, they advertise gateways that don’t even work here. It’s like they’re not even trying to understand what actually works in different countries. So, a big shoutout to DIT Interactive for an amazing theme. Keep up the great work!

Good company to do Stencil design, changes and updates I have 2 e-commerce websites hosted on BigCommerce. They converted both sites from Blueprint to Stencil framework, and both websites were converted well.
