We built an end-to-end automation in n8n that functions as a weekday-based partner email outreach system. The workflow processes partner records, enriches them with verified company and email data, personalizes outreach messages, and sends emails automatically without manual effort.
The workflow starts automatically at 2:00 AM (India time) on weekdays. This ensures partner data is processed consistently without requiring manual execution.
At the start of each run, the workflow reads a tracker to identify the last processed partner record. This logic prevents duplicate processing and ensures continuity across runs.
The automation pulls the next batch of 10 partner records for processing. Batch execution keeps outreach volumes controlled and email reputation safe.
Each partner’s website URL is processed individually, and the partner type is captured to retain business context for outreach.
The workflow uses the Hunter API to fetch verified company details and available email contacts, improving accuracy and deliverability of outreach emails.
All company and contact data is cleaned, standardized, and mapped into consistent fields to ensure structured and reusable records.
Subject lines and email bodies are dynamically loaded from a template source, allowing messaging updates without modifying the workflow logic.
For each partner, the automation selects a template and inserts personalization tokens such as the recipient’s first name, ensuring emails feel human rather than automated.
All processed records including contact details, template usage, and timestamps are logged into a central tracking system to maintain outreach history and reporting clarity.
Emails are sent via SMTP at 10:00 AM on weekdays, ensuring professional delivery timing and improved engagement rates.
