A complete automation was built using Google Sheets + Apify Google Search Scraper + n8n, all integrated into a single workflow to automatically discover, filter, and store relevant influencers
User adds influencer search terms (niche, category, keywords) and the desired number of results into Google Sheets.
The workflow triggers Apify’s Google Search Scraper API → collects Instagram profile links matching the search criteria.
Extracts Instagram usernames from URLs, converts follower counts (K/M), removes duplicates, and formats the data for consistency.
Automatically filters out low-quality or irrelevant profiles → prioritizes influencers with higher follower counts and relevant niches.
Validated influencer details (name, username, followers, profile URL) are automatically added to Google Sheets.
The system marks the search as “Completed” and clears processed rows to prepare for the next automated run.
